We are looking for a Customer Supply Chain Order Management Specialist to join our team. As a Customer Supply Chain Order Management Specialist, you will be responsible for the overall management of end-to-end customer supply chain operations for our customers in Australia, New Zealand, Korea, and Pacific Islands.
What you'll do
You will work closely with Logistics and our distribution partners to ensure timely delivery of the right products at the right time towards our customers. You will drive operational efficiencies and participate in continuous process improvement activities that drive best-in-class supply chain metrics, cost, service, inventory, and cycle time.
- Build a collaborative environment where information is shared efficiently and effectively with internal and external business partners and stakeholders
- Responsible for the team's commitment to clean order management relative to ensuring accuracy of delivery dates, pricing, fulfillment, and execution
What you need
- 3 years' experience in supply chain management, preferably in consumer electronics
- Must be proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English
- Strong in Excel, Google Sheets, and/or Tableau skills
