We are seeking an enthusiastic Distribution Support Associate to join our Product Research and Development team. This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with our esteemed pharmaceutical client in the vibrant city of Indianapolis, IN.

What you'll do

As a Distribution Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing daily transactional support, creating receipt and shipping files, and managing transfer of documentation to warehouse personnel. You will also be responsible for communicating with carriers and hubs/depots to facilitate shipment activities, ordering management, and confirming shipments in CTWIN warehouse management and distribution system.

What you need

• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience
• Transportation knowledge
• Customs experience is a plus
• Must be detail oriented
