What you'll do
This fully remote position requires a highly analytical, commercially oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for national business planning, sales execution, and key partner management—owning the P&L for Poland and ensuring SteelSeries remains a preferred brand among our top retail partners.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for the Polish market to achieve revenue, profit, and market share targets.
- Own and manage the full P&L for Poland.
- Build and execute quarterly and annual account plans, including category- and SKU-level planning, promotional calendars, and marketing alignment.
What you need
- 4–7 years of proven experience in Key Account Management or Sales Management within gaming, consumer electronics, or premium brand sectors in Poland.
- Strong command of P&L ownership and a solid track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Deep understanding of the Polish retail landscape, including major chains, e-commerce ecosystems, and gaming/electronics consumer behavior.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to translate data insights into business actions.
