What you'll do

As a Merchant Risk and Underwriting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assessing and managing risks associated with merchant accounts. You will be responsible for underwriting new merchant applications, conducting risk assessments, and implementing strategies to mitigate potential fraud and financial losses.

• Evaluate merchant applications and conduct comprehensive risk assessments to determine eligibility for account approval.
• Recommend approval, conditional approval, or rejection of merchant applications based on risk assessment.

What you need

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in merchant underwriting, financial risk management, or payment processing.
