As an Automation lead you will report on-site to the Development Director in the EA Bogota office. You will be a Subject Matter Expert responsible for understanding and facilitating the full scope of the group's automation projects, and report on their outcomes. You will also guide teams in implementing advanced automation opportunities within their respective areas, collaborating with internal and external partners at several levels.

What you'll do

• Propose and own small-medium scope automation strategies and implement from start to finish.
• Help others to contribute to automation and support their learning journey.
• Guide others in determining what and how to automate in their own respective areas.
• Recommend and help implement new tools or features to promote future efficiency opportunities.

What you need

• 3+ years of experience in test automation, with a focus on scenario scripting and designing node-based workflows.
• Experience helping others to contribute to automation's initiative, being a direct mentor to help them grow their technical skillset and in identifying advanced automation opportunities.
