What you'll do
- Work with diverse teams to solve complex problems and improve Steam Support
- Engage with internal game, business, and engineering teams to solve customer problems
- Act as a hands-on individual contributor and interact with users and partners to help respond to escalated help requests
What you need
- Product-level thinking that informs intentional and meaningful decisions from concept to completion
- An understanding of how decisions and policies will impact and influence Steam users, partners, and peers
- Data gathering for system implementation and process creation around different issues that Steam users may encounter
- Outstanding ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical teams at Valve and partners around the world
