We are looking for a dedicated Associate Quality Designer to join our dynamic team at EA Studios – Quality Verification. As an Associate Quality Designer, you will report to the QA Development Manager and help ensure top-notch entertainment for our players worldwide.
Responsibilities
- You will lead the review and enhancement of test cases, ensuring they are optimized for efficiency, accuracy, and agreement on project goals.
- You will identify areas of improvement across QA processes and workflows, proposing and implementing solutions to lead quality and efficiency.
- You will collaborate with teams across multiple time zones to ensure continuous improvement projects are accomplished.
- You will analyze complex issues, identify causes, and recommend applicable solutions to improve the player experience.
- You will contribute to how we deliver by refining testing methodologies, supporting automation efforts, and driving best practices across the team.
- You will be an advocate for players, ensuring the needs and expectations of our gamers are represented throughout the development process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in QA roles with experience improving and process optimization.
- 3+ years of experience in process documentation.
- Familiarity with QA test automation and its integration into testing workflows.
- Fluent in English both verbal and written.
- Experience in test case review, enhancement, and documentation.
- Experience delivering exceptional gaming experiences and driving innovation in quality assurance
