We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Data Interfaces team. The team is responsible for enabling users and systems to leverage our core data platform and, in turn, enable a wide variety of business use cases. In this role, you will focus on growing and mentoring a high-performing team, aligning the team around our technical vision, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable data platform.

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of senior and principal engineers
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative, and feedback-driven engineering culture
• Drive continuous improvement in the team's processes, delivery, and impact

What you need

• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams in data platform or infrastructure environments
• Proven track record navigating complex systems, ambiguous requirements, and high-pressure situations with confidence and clarity
