As a Lead Snowdrop Engine Programmer, you will drive the growth and success of our Snowdrop team. You will be responsible for leading, developing, motivating and managing a team of programming experts, as well as the collaboration with the other teams across Ubisoft.

You will lead and inspire a team of top-tier engine programmers to develop and maintain state-of-the-art engine features and systems. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure our engine technologies seamlessly integrate into our ambitious projects.

What you need

• Strong C++ knowledge
• Strong debugging skills, understanding of memory management, multi-threaded coding
• Experience with large engines and complex pipelines
• Experience with profiling & optimization
