Asobo Studio is a game development studio that has been creating games for PC and consoles for over 20 years. We are currently working on Microsoft Flight Simulator, a franchise with over 10 million active players, and are looking for a Mid/Senior Gameplay Programmer to join our team.
You will be responsible for contributing to the development of our games, working closely with our team of 10 other Gameplay Programmers, and collaborating with other departments such as production, art, and sound design. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing gameplay elements, as well as ensuring the quality of the player experience.
As a Mid/Senior Gameplay Programmer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to release, and will be expected to take ownership of your work and contribute to the overall success of the team.
We are looking for someone with 5 years of experience in game development, a strong understanding of C++, and a passion for creating engaging and immersive gameplay experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize gameplay elements

Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in game development

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred skills:
- Experience with game development tools such as Perforce and Git
- Knowledge of physics and mathematics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
