Asobo Studio is a game development studio that has been creating games for PC and consoles for over 20 years. We are currently working on Microsoft Flight Simulator, a franchise with a Metacritic score of over 90, and a team of over 300 members. We are looking for a Mid/Senior Graphics Programmer to join our team and contribute to the development of our games.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement systems and tools for the engine, rendering, and technological needs such as streaming, world editing, shaders, lighting, particles, and effects.
- Optimize memory and performance to meet the requirements of the target platforms.
- Provide support to technical artists and other team members as needed to use the technology correctly and efficiently.
- Analyze and propose improvements to the current 3D technologies in our engine.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in a game development studio.
- Advanced knowledge of C++ and multi-threading techniques.
- Good understanding of modern GPU rendering pipelines and ability to use them efficiently.
- Familiarity with console APIs.
- Mastery of linear algebra 3D.
- Experience with modern rendering techniques such as TAA, deferred rendering, reflections, and global illumination.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken, written, and read).
Nice to Have
- Experience with profiling tools.
- Experience with ray tracing software.
