Our team at Epic Games is looking for a Partner, Ressources Humaines to join our People department. As a Partner, Ressources Humaines, you will be responsible for creating engaging experiences for our talents to support their development of our technologies and games. You will work closely with our global HR team and other departments to provide proactive and pragmatic support to our business units. Your mission will be to understand the needs of our business units and provide solutions to develop our talents, structure our organization, and plan for succession.
You will use data to diagnose problems, recommend solutions, and measure the results of our initiatives. You will participate in team meetings to understand the needs of our business units and the evolution of our projects. You will also pilot and support change management initiatives and integration of acquisitions as needed.
As a Partner, Ressources Humaines, you will collaborate with global leaders to build action plans and training programs in sync with other HR partners and specialized teams. You will occasionally travel according to operational needs.
We are looking for a strategic, human, and motivated person with a keen sense of customer service and ease in constantly evolving environments. You will have a minimum of 6 years of experience as a generalist or HR business partner, including a role as a consultant to senior leadership.
You will have demonstrated ability to deliver tangible results in a complex and dynamic global organization. You will be able to navigate ambiguity with a high degree of autonomy. You will have practical experience in data analysis to inform decisions and evaluate the effectiveness of HR strategies.
You will have a proven ability to manage continuous change and a real willingness to transform the organization. You will have confirmed experience in growth management and department transformation. You will have solid project management skills. You will have a deep understanding of labor laws and legal requirements related to personnel management.
You will have excellent communication skills and a particular ease in a virtual work environment.
