Product Strategy Intern
You will join our dynamic Mobile Solutions Product Team, where we explore how technology, such as tablets and their accessories, drives productivity, collaboration, and innovation. As a Frontline Worker Product Strategy Intern, you will be critical in uncovering how tablets and their attachments influence the end user's needs, specifically for frontline workers like retail associates, homecare workers, and field technicians.
Your Contribution
- Conduct qualitative research to understand how tablets and accessories are used by frontline workers in various industries.
- Identify and prioritize core user needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- Translate insights into concrete product requirements and detailed feature specifications for new and existing accessories.
- Propose, develop, and test ideas for improving current accessory offerings.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions align with user demands and can be feasibly executed.
- Analyze competitor offerings and study existing accessories to understand how they deliver measurable value to frontline teams.
