As a Regional Marketing Director, APAC, you will be responsible for developing and executing regional marketing strategies to support sales and revenue objectives. You will work closely with regional HQ marketing teams, localising or developing product campaign assets, and managing communication, workflow, and priorities. You will also be responsible for managing the regional marketing budget, driving execution of marketing programs within budget, and maximising ROI. Additionally, you will demonstrate technical and creative marketing skills to build and maintain healthy relationships with key retail partners through strategic alignment. You will also communicate with regional distributor and channel partners on various co-marketing activities. You will plan and execute Razer participation in regional industry or store events. You will research, analyse, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalise on market opportunities and minimise the effects of competitive activity. You will lead efforts in market share gain in core categories. You will also provide regular weekly reporting of marketing calendar and activities comparing target outcomes to actual achievements.
Pre-requisites include approximately 15 years or above marketing experience preferably in the gaming/tech or retail industry, extensive experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet company objectives, strong understanding of gamer mindset and the gaming and consumer electronics industry and requirements, well-versed in marketing trends, terminology, and best practices, willing to travel and work in a multi-national team of professionals, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good to have understanding of esports and essential AI tools for work such as MS Co-pilot.
