The Retail Sales Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence for key retail and distribution partners. This position is responsible for the comprehensive management of product setup and content, meticulous tracking of promotions and Marketing Development Funds (MDF), and disciplined data administration.
What you'll do
This role encompasses full ownership of the product onboarding process within retailer systems, management and validation of promotional and marketing investments, and responsive operational support for the Sales Team to resolve issues that could impact revenue or customer satisfaction.
What you need
- 3 -5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Retail Support, or Retail Account Administration, preferably with major retailers or distributors.
