The Team and Role:

The Logitech Operations Talent Development Program-FY27 is an eighteen-month rotational program that offers candidates the chance to immerse themselves in various areas of the operations to build skills and find their passion. Upon successful completion of minimum two rotations or before completion of eighteen months, candidates will be assigned to permanent roles within the Global Operations Team.

Your Contribution:

In this role, you will drive alliances and spot opportunities for the organization to leverage, effectively apply AI tools to automate processes, unlock new business insights, and enable smarter decision-making. You will also leverage data analytics to set, track, and exceed key metrics related to partnership performance, effectiveness, or AI adoption.

Key Qualifications:

• Fresh Management and Engineering Masters Graduates from an operations discipline
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn and apply emerging technologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the capability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency in SQL, Phytoh, Power BI, Tableau
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional working proficiency in English (both oral and written)
• Prior internship or project-based experience in operations, supply chain, analytics, or related areas preferred
