The Senior Vice President, Finance – Product & Technology, will serve as the strategic finance leader and principal advisor to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This role focuses on improving financial performance, guiding investment strategies, and aligning product and technology initiatives with the company's overall business objectives.

What you'll do

Global Product & Technology Leadership

• Serve as the primary Commercial Finance Partner for the CPO and CTO, offering strategic financial mentorship to drive innovation and improve technology investments.
• Lead deployment, evaluation, and governance of high-impact investment cases, ensuring strict capital allocation to improve returns.

Finance Capability Development & Transformation

• Build and scale a high-performing finance team with the capabilities to influence Product & Technology decisions.
• Transition finance from a siloed, business-unit model to a globally coordinated approach using standardized tools, metrics, and frameworks.

What you need

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• 10+ years of executive-level finance experience in large-scale, global organizations.
• Advanced qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Business.
