Our most widely known product is BeamNG.drive, a game available on Steam in Early Access. We also have a platform called BeamNG.tech, which provides a suitable solution for ADAS & autonomous driving and serves as a backend for driver's training applications.
Role Details
Responsibilities
- Work and collaborate in cross-functional teams with engineers, artists, and management teams
- Convey complex information in a clear and suitable manner to a diverse audience
- Think critically, understand complexities, and support day-to-day workflow
- Enjoy the fun challenges of a unique physics engine simulation game
Art
- Create high-quality visual assets for our games and platforms
- Work closely with the development team to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience
Engineering/Development
- Develop and maintain our physics engine and related tools
- Collaborate with the art team to ensure a seamless integration of visual and gameplay elements
Management
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and artists
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects and meet deadlines
Marketing & Communications
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our games and platforms
- Create engaging content to attract and retain a loyal community
Production
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality games and platforms
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and address any issues
Tech
- Develop and maintain our technology stack
- Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of technology and gameplay elements

Our Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process starts with an introductory call with our HR team, continues with a case study/assessment, a personal interview, and finally a stakeholder interview. For technical roles, we also conduct a coding challenge/assessment and a technical interview.
