Job Description

We are looking for talented individuals to join our team and contribute to the development of our physics engine. Our most widely known product is BeamNG.drive, a game available on Steam in Early Access. We also have a platform called BeamNG.tech, which provides a suitable solution for ADAS & autonomous driving and serves as a backend for driver's training applications.

Role Details

Responsibilities

  • Work and collaborate in cross-functional teams with engineers, artists, and management teams
  • Convey complex information in a clear and suitable manner to a diverse audience
  • Think critically, understand complexities, and support day-to-day workflow
  • Enjoy the fun challenges of a unique physics engine simulation game

Art

  • Create high-quality visual assets for our games and platforms
  • Work closely with the development team to ensure a cohesive and engaging experience

Engineering/Development

  • Develop and maintain our physics engine and related tools
  • Collaborate with the art team to ensure a seamless integration of visual and gameplay elements

Management

  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and artists
  • Ensure the successful delivery of projects and meet deadlines

Marketing & Communications

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our games and platforms
  • Create engaging content to attract and retain a loyal community

Production

  • Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality games and platforms
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and address any issues

Tech

  • Develop and maintain our technology stack
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure a seamless integration of technology and gameplay elements

Our Recruitment Process
