Join our team as a Visual Merchandising Designer, Trade Marketing, and play a key role in bringing our brand to life across global channels. As a Visual Merchandising Designer, you will support the design process by interpreting creative briefs and contributing to initial concept development. You will assist in creating mockups, artwork, and rendered assets for POSM in collaboration with global design teams. You will also produce technically accurate digital files and print-ready mechanicals with guidance from senior designers.

Responsibilities

• Support the design process by interpreting creative briefs and contributing to initial concept development
• Assist in creating mockups, artwork, and rendered assets for POSM in collaboration with global design teams
• Produce technically accurate digital files and print-ready mechanicals with guidance from senior designers
• Support development of in-store materials including POP graphics, signage, fixture layouts, and merchandising guides
• Create 3D visualizations of merchandising concepts using beginner-to-intermediate 3D modeling tools
• Assist in reviewing vendor proofs and prototypes to ensure brand alignment and quality
• Organize execution guides and merchandising instructions for regional teams
• Maintain an understanding of production methods, printing techniques, and POSM materials
• Manage multiple tasks while demonstrating strong organization and attention to detail
• Adapt quickly to feedback, shifting priorities, and fast-paced workflow changes

Essential Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Merchandising, Industrial Design, or related field; or equivalent work/internship experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Foundational skills in 3D rendering/modeling software (Cinema 4D, Blender, SketchUp, etc.)
• Understanding of POSM basics, print production, and materials
• Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and visual detail
• Clear communication skills and collaboration mindset
• Highly organized and dependable with the ability to support multiple projects
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability within a global creative environment
• Business English proficiency
