The VP, Global Customer & Product Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and delivering customer-led marketing strategies across Aristocrat’s global portfolio. The role leads Customer Marketing, defining customer strategy, segmentation, and go-to-market execution across regulated land-based and online gaming businesses, and ensuring Marketing delivers integrated, high-impact programs aligned to business priorities.

Lead and manage an integrated team of customer and product marketers, servicing our global business across land-based and online verticals. Champion the cross-functional marketing team to deliver strong results and effective collaboration (internally and externally).

Own the global customer marketing strategy and operating model, defining how Marketing understands, segments, prioritizes, and engages customers to deliver differentiated, high-impact programs aligned to business priorities.
What you need

Proven experience in a marketing leadership role, ideally within gaming, technology, or other complex, regulated, or multi-vertical environments.

15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including direct leadership of global teams and accountability for customer-facing marketing programs.
