Role overview
The WFM Reports Analyst will create both run-rate and ad-hoc reports that are accurate and submitted within defined timelines. The role is responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support performance management, and overall business decision-making. The role ensures data integrity, maintains reporting dashboards, and partners closely with WFM, Operations, and Leadership to deliver actionable and timely workforce intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze data trends and spot data anomalies
• Evaluate current reporting and suggest new reports or improvements to existing reports
• Work with multiple Points of contacts within the organization to create various reports
• Ensure that reports are thoroughly reviewed and corrections are made as necessary
• Explain the reports as required

Technical

• Intermediate to advance knowledge & use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Google Sheets
• Excellent analytical skills
• Relevant experience in reports creation

Behavioral

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, aggressive growth environment
• Pay strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, but is also a team player
• Comfortable working in any shift / time zone

Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills both spoken and written
• Experience in Workforce Management or as Reports/Data Analyst
