Role SummarynnThe CRM Specialist supports the strategy and execution of CRM programs that deepen player engagement across EA's entertainment franchises. This role blends thoughtful lifecycle planning with strong operational delivery, helping translate franchise goals and player insights into targeted, player-first communications across channels like email, in-game messaging, and push.nn## Key Responsibilitiesnn### Strategy & Planningnn* Contribute to franchise CRM strategy by helping define who we should message, when, and why, rooted in player behavior and lifecycle moments (e.g., onboarding, reactivation, live events, updates, seasonal beats).n* Translate performance data and player context into actionable recommendations on segmentation, targeting, frequency, and channel mix.n* Partner with stakeholders (brand, product, analytics, community, creative, production) to align CRM plans to franchise priorities and player experience.n* Support campaign roadmapping by identifying upcoming player moments and opportunities to drive engagement, retention, and monetization, without sacrificing player trust.nn### Campaign Execution & Rolloutnn* Build and launch CRM campaigns across email, in-game, and push, including setup and deployment in tools.n* Coordinate asset readiness and approvals, ensuring creative and localization needs are met on time.n* Ensure player-facing communications meet quality standards: correct targeting, functional links, accurate content, and clean rendering across devices/placements.n* Maintain templates, documentation, and operational workflows to support scalable delivery and reduce errors.nn### Measurement, Testing & Optimizationnn* Deliver reporting and performance recaps; track results against goals such as engagement, conversion, retention, or reactivation.n* Support A/B tests and experiments (subject lines, offers, segmentation, timing, creative variants), and summarize learnings into practical next steps.n* Identify quick-win improvements in campaign performance or process efficiency and help implement optimizations.nn## Skills & Experiencenn* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, related field, or equivalent work experiencen* Internship -2 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, or campaign operations with exposure to strategyn* Comfort with tools, segmentation concepts, and performance reporting; strong working knowledge of Excel/Sheetsn* Understanding of gaming/live service dynamics (or strong interest), including how player behavior, cadence, and content updates influence CRM relevancen* Strong stakeholder collaboration skills: able to communicate clearly, manage dependencies, and keep work movingn* High attention to detail, strong judgment, and a bias for quality in player-facing launchesnn## Pay Transparency – North Americann## COMPENSATION AND BENEFITSnnThe ranges listed below are what EA in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in these locations at the time of this posting. If you reside in a different location, a recruiter will advise on the applicable range and benefits. Pay offered will be determined based on a number of relevant business and candidate factors (e.g. education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, or business needs).nn## PAY RANGESnn* California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. San Francisco) *$67,900 – $108,600 USDnnPay is just one part of the overall compensation at EA.nnIn the US, we offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees.
