We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer to join our team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will work directly with the Game Developer teams and help them solve technical challenges. You will resolve issues involving project implementation, code error diagnosis, debugging, validation, and root cause analysis for the products/platforms assigned.
What you'll do
