We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our In-Game Experiences (IGX) team. As a Senior UX Researcher, you will build the team's foundational knowledge on social gaming; help the team create future experiences for players and studios; and shape the future of multiple products that reach millions of players around the world!

What you'll do

• Collaborate with our product and design team to create research plans based on the team's goals, and proactively identify research opportunities
• Lead all phases of user research, including recruiting, scheduling, developing test plans, surveys, conducting research and analysis

What you need

• You have an advanced degree in experimental psychology (experimental, social, cognitive), human computer interaction, human factors, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience
• You have 4+ years industry experience in research design and conducting user research studies
