Asetek SimSports, launched in 2021 by the established liquid cooling company Asetek, quickly gained a reputation for premium, high-end sim racing hardware. Customers praise their powerful direct drive wheelbases (e.g., Forte, Invicta) and advanced pedal sets (Invicta, Forte S) for exceptional build quality, detailed force feedback, and realistic feel. Key strengths include robust engineering, durable components, and intuitive RaceHub software. While their products are celebrated for performance and immersion, the primary concern is the premium price point, positioning them outside the budget segment. Some initial software refinements were noted, but generally, feedback is positive. Choose Asetek if you seek top-tier performance, durability, and a high-fidelity sim racing experience, and are willing to invest in a premium ecosystem from a company with strong engineering roots.
